I had a wonderful trip to Brasil and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank for your efforts on my behalf.
 
The Orla Hotel was a perfectly placed choice given as it was just to the Copacabana side of the meeting of Copacabana & Ipanema. You can feel  confident in suggesting  it to your other clients.
 
In Rio, Ricardo Martins was an affable guide whose presence was perfect for a pair of frazzled travellers. I had totally underestimated how much time I would need to get a visa. It was eventually obtained about three hours before the plane took off for Rio so I was totally focused on getting the visa and didn't print the trip itinerary. It was a total surprise to see Ricardo at the airport. His familiarity with the US (he lived in the LA are for a number of years made a him, for me, a very cool cat. The Tujuca forest visit, his suggestion was a very nice addition
 
In Salvador, Monica was a very erudite guide to the city. My only view of Salvador was of the old city so I was a bit blown away when a modern metropolis of 3 million appeared. In retrospect, I realize that if I read a little more about the city before arriving I would have been able to tap her storehouse of knowledge more than I was able to.
 
Both guides were really top notch and I hope you will be  sending any future travellers in their direction.

I just want to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your help in planning and booking our trip to Brazil.  Everything, from the hotel to the tours and transfers worked out great, and it's because of your hard work we I had such a wonderful time in Brazil.   We had absolutely no problems throughout the trip; the hotels (especially Martinique in Rio and LaChamiere in Buzios) were very nice and clean; the tours were great along with the tour guides, and the drivers during our transfers were very helpful.  Your country is very beautiful and I'm very glad I had the opportunity to visit it.   I still miss Rio De Janeiro very much!!! 
 
It was a pleasure planning our trip with you and I will definitely recommend you and your company to anyone I know who is interested in going to Brazil.

We had a fabulous trip!! Everything went very smoothly and the people were so nice!! We had a beautiful day in Rio, unusual to have such clear weather - perfect for Christ the Redeemer. I loved Salvador. We were there for the music festival on Tuesday night, so much fun. We had a beautiful day in Iguassu also. It rained two days but we had planned all of the tours on the one sunny day. So thank you so much for everything - you are very patient and gracious and it has been a pleasure working with you. I would definitely use and recommend brol.com again. Forward this to your boss.

Last Friday, we returned from the wonderful 2 week trip to Brazil. All the flights were in time and weather was wonderful. Particularly, all the pickups at the airports & hotels and all the land trips were perfect. All the tour guides were very good, knowledgeable, speak reasonably good english and nice to be with. We added lot more land tours there. We really enjoyed the trip, thanks to all of you. Please convey our thanks to all concerned at Brazil too.
