Cancellation

Client may cancel travel and keep the full credit for future travel, valid for one full year.

Date change

Client can change travel dates for up to 330 days from the date the ticket was purchased, without any charges.

Cancellation and Refund

Clients who select to cancel and get a refund, may do it without cancellation fee. However, the normal refund fee will be charged according to the normal fare rules.

Bookings for future travel

Those wishing to plan future trips may book and the rules described above will apply for flights until May 14, 2020.
